REGULAR MEETING DECEMBER 20, 1983

The Lynwood Industrial Development Authority (LIDA) met
in a regular session on December 20, 1983, in the City
Hall Council Chambers, 11330 Bullis Road, on above date
at 9:35 p.m.
Chairman Morris in the chair.
Directors Byork, Henning, Rowe, Thompson and Morris
answered the roll call.
Also present were City Manager Gomez and City Attorney
Yeager.
It was moved by Director Thompson, seconded by Director
Rowe, and carried, that the minutes of September 20, 1983,
be approved as written.
It was moved by Director Byork, seconded by Director Rowe,
and carried, to accept the Treasurer's Report.
For information purposes only the City Attorney stated
the federal law that authorizes bonds issued under the
Industrial Development Authority is currently in an un-
certain state, and more restrictive provisions are being
proposed. So, even if we were ready to start issuing
bonds, we could not do so as nationwide everything is up
in the air.
It was moved by Director Byork, seconded by Director.Rowe;
and carried, that the meeting be adjourned to March 20,
1984.
