REGULAR MEETING JUNE 19, 1984

The Lynwood Industrial Development Authority (LIDA) met in a
regular session on June 19, 1984, in the City Hall, 11330
Bullis Road, on above date at 7:45 p.m.
Chairman Morris in the chair.
Directors Henning, Rowe, Thompson, and Morris answered the
roll call.
Also present were City Manager Gomez and City Attorney Yeager.
It was moved by Director Thompson, seconded by Director Henning
and carried that Director Byork be excused.
It was moved by Director Henning, seconded by Director Thompson
and carried that the minutes of April 17, 1984 be approved as
written.
It was moved by Director Thompson, seconded by Director Henning
to accept the Treasurer's report.
ROLL CALL
Ayes: Directors Henning, Rowe, Thompson, Morris
Noes: None
Absent: Director Byork
It was moved by Director Rowe, seconded by Director Henning,
and carried, taht the meeting be adjourned to the next regular
meeting of September 18, 1984 at 7:30 p.m., in the'Council
Chamber of City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, Lynwood, California.
