The Lynwood Information, Inc., met in a regular session in the City
Hall, 11330 Bullis Road on the above date at 7:39 p.m.
Chairman Richards in the chair.
Directors Byork, Henning, Morris, Wells, Richards answered the roll
call.
Also present were City Manager Gomez and City Attorney H. Barbosa.
City Clerk Hooper announced the Agenda had been duly posted accord-
ing to the Brown Act.
It was moved by Director Henning, seconded by Director Wells and
carried to approve the following minutes:

�A discussion was held regarding warrant #1266, Roger's Cablesystems, Warrant
for a project "Say No to Graffiti ". Assistant City Manager D. Fraser #1266
stated he would give each Councilmember a copy. graffiti
After the Agency discussion:
