REGULAR MEETING JANUARY 5,, 1988
The Lynwood'Information, Inc., met in a r session in the
City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road on the above date at'7:42.p,.m. ,
Chairman Richards in the chair.
Directors Heine, Henning, Morris, Wells, Richards answered the
roll call.
Also present were City Manager Gomez and City. Attorney H.
LII RESOLUTION NO. 88 -1 entitled: "A RESOLUTION OF THE, LYNWOOD
INFORMATION, INC., ALLOWING THE DEMANDS AND ORDERING WARRANTS
DRAWN THEREFOR." was presented.
It was moved by Director Morris, seconded by Director Heine to
adopt the resolution.
Director Henning questioned Warrant number 1275. Assistant City
Manager Fraser explained that it is a progress payment for the
company which is doing the video on the History of Lynwood.
