REGULAR MEETING _JANUARY. 2, 1990
The Lynwood Information Inc., Board of Directors, met in a regular
session in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road on the above date at
7:50 p.m.
Chairman Henning in the chair.
Directors Heine, Rea, Richards, Wells, Henning, answered the roll
call.
' Also present were City Manager Gomez, City Attorney Barbosa, and
City Clerk Hooper.
City Clerk announced the agenda had been duly posted in accordance
with The Brown Act.
It was moved by Director Wells, seconded by Director Rea, to
approve minutes of December 5, 1989, as written.

AYES: DIRECTORS HEINE, REA, RICHARDS, WELLS, HENNING
NOES: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
LII RESOLUTION NO. 90 =1 entitled: "A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD Res.90 -1
INFORMATION INC., ALLOWING THE DEMANDS AND ORDERING WARRANTS
DRAWN THEREFOR." was presented.
It was moved by Director Wells, seconded by Director Rea to adopt
the resolution.

ABSENT: NONE
There was no further business and it was moved by Director Wells,
seconded by Director Rea to adjourn.
