REGULAR MEETING SEPTEMBER 4 1990
The Lynwood Information Inc., Board of Directors met in a regular,
session in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road on the above date at
7:42 p.m.
Chairman Henning in the chair.
Directors Heine, Rea, Richards, Wells, Henning answered the
roll call.
Also present were. -City Manager Gomez, City Attorney Barbosa,
and City Clerk Hooper.
City Clerk announced the agenda had been duly posted,in accordance
with The Brown Act.
RES 90-11 LII RESOLUTION NO. 90 -11 entitled: "A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD
INFORMATION INC. ALLOWING THE DEMANDS AND ORDERING,WARRANTS DRAWN
THEREFOR." was presented.
It was moved by Director Heine, seconded by Director Richards
to adopt the resolution. `
ROLL CALL:
AYES: DIRECTORS HEINE, REA, RICHARDS, WELLS, HENNING
NOES: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
There was no further business and it was moved by Director Richards
seconded by Director Rea to adjourn. '
