The Lynwood Information Inc., Board of Directors met in a regular
session in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road on the above date.Gt

Chairman Henning in the chair.
Directors Heine, Rea, Richards, Wells, Henning answered the roll
call.
' Also present were City Manager Gomez, City Attorney Barbosa and
City Clerk Hooper.
City Clerk announced the agenda had been duly posted in accordance
with The Brown Act.

DRAWN THEREFOR." was presented. Ordering Warrants
It was moved by Director Heine, seconded by Director Rea to
adopt the resolution.

There was no further busines and it was agreed by General Consent
to adjourn.
