The Lynwood Information, Inc., Board of Directors met in a
Special Session in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, on the above
date at 6:12 p.m.
Chairman Richards presiding.
Directors Byrd, Heine and Rea answered the roll call. Director
Wells was absent.
Also present were City Manager Adams, Deputy City Attorney Barnes
and City Clerk Hooper.
City Clerk Hooper announced the Agenda had been duly posted in
accordance with The Brown Act.
It was moved by Director Heine, seconded by Director Byrd and
carried to approve the following minutes:
a) Regular Meeting, March 2, 1993
It was then moved by Director Heine, seconded by Director Byrd to
approve the following:
LII RESOLUTION NO 93 -4 ENTITLED: ^A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOO4ZES93 -4
INFORMATION, INC., ALLOWING AND APPROVING THE DEMANDS AND
ORDERING WARRANTS DRAWN THEREFORE".

ABSENT: DIRECTOR WELLS
Having no further discussion, it was moved by Director Heine,
second - by Director Byrd and carried to adjourn at 6:13 p.m.
