LYNWOOD INFORMATION, INC., JANUARY 3, 1995

The Lynwood Information, Inc., of the City of Lynwood met in a
Regular Session in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road on the above
date at 8:50 p.m.
Chairman Byrd presiding.
Directors Heine, Henning, Rea, Richards and Byrd answered the
roll call.
Also present were City Manager Gonzales, City Attorney Rudell,
City Clerk Hooper and City Treasurer Pygatt.
City Clerk Hooper announced the Agenda had been duly posted in Andrea
accordance with The Brown Act.
It was moved by Director Richards, seconded by Director Heine,Richards
and carried to approve the following minutes:
a) Regular Meeting, December 6, 1994
It was then moved by Director Heine, seconded by DirectorHeine
Richards to adopt:
LII RESOLUTION NO. 95 -1 ENTITLED: "A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOODRES 95 -1
INFORMATION, INC. ALLOWING THE DEMANDS AND ORDERING WARRANTSWARRANTS
DRAWN THEREFORE ".

NOES: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
Having no further discussion, it was moved by Director Richards,
seconded by Director Heine and carried to adjourn at 7:51 p.m.
