LYNWOOD INFORMATION, INC., AUGUST 1 1995
The Lynwood Information, Inc., of the City of Lynwood met in a
Regular Session in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, on the above
date at 8:10 p.m.
Vice - Chairman Heine presiding.
Directors Henning, Rea, Richards and Heine answered the roll
call.
Also present were City Manager Gonzales, City Attorney Rudell,
City Clerk Hooper and City Treasurer Pygatt.
' City Clerk Hooper announced the Agenda had been duly posted in Andrea
accordance with The Brown Act.

SCHEDULED MATTERS
It was moved by Director Henning, seconded by Director Rea and Henning
carried to approve the following minutes:
a) Regular Meeting, July 5, 1995
It was then moved by Director Richards, seconded by Director Rea Richards
and carried to adopt:
LII RESOLUTION NO. 95 -8 ENTITLED: "A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD95 -8
INFORMATION INC., OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD ADOPTING THE ANNUAL BUDGET
OPERATING BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1995 -96".
Director Henning stated he has the same concerns with Section 2,
of this resolution, as previously stated during the adoption of
the Redevelopment Budget.

AYES: DIRECTOR REA, RICHARDS, HEINE
' NOES: DIRECTOR HENNING
ABSENT: DIRECTOR BYRD
It was then moved by Director Henning, seconded by Director Rea
to adopt:
LII RESOLUTION NO. 95 -9 ENTITLED: "A - RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD
INFORMATION, INC., OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD ALLOWING AND APPROVING
THE DEMANDS AND WARRANTS DRAWN THEREFORE ".

AYES: DIRECTOR HENNING, REA, RICHARDS, HEINE
NOES: NONE
ABSENT: DIRECTOR BYRD
Hearing no further discussion, it was moved by Director Henning,
seconded by Director Rea and carried to adjourn at 8: 10 p.m.
