LYNWOOD INFORMATION INC., JANUARY 2, 1996
The Lynwood Information, Inc , of the City of Lynwood met in a
Regular Session in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, on the above
date at 7:41 p m
Chairman Richards presiding
Director Byrd, Heine, Henning, Rea and Richards answered the roll
call
Also present were City Manager Gonzales, City Attorney Rudell,
City Treasurer Pygatt and Deputy City Clerk Manibusan
Deputy City Clerk Manibusan announced the Agenda had been duly Rita
posted in accordance with The Brown Act.

SCHEDULED MATTERS
It was moved by Director Henning, seconded by Director Byrd and Henning
carried to approve the following minutes:
a) Regular Meeting, December 5, 1995
It was then moved by Director Heine, seconded by Director Henning Heine
to adopt
LII RESOLUTION NO. 96 -1 ENTITLED: "A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD RES 96 -1
INFORMATION INC., LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA, ALLOWING AND APPROVING THE WARRANTS
DEMANDS AND ORDERING WARRANTS THEREFORE ".
Director Henning questioned whether warrants #2503 and 2508 are Henning
duplicate payments or a split payment.

ABSENT: NONE
Having no further discussion, it was moved by Director Henning,
seconded by Dir r Heine and carried to adjourn at 7:43 p m
