LYNWOOD INFORMATION, INC., JUNE 12, 1997
The Information, Inc, of the City of Lynwood met in a Special Session at Bateman Hall,
Room 2, 11331 Ernestine Ave, on the above date at 7.20 p m.
Chairman Richards presiding.
Director Byrd, Henning, Rea and Richards answered the roll call.
Also present were City Manager Gonzales, City Clerk Hooper, City Treasurer Pygatt,
Department Heads and City Staff.
City Clerk Hooper announced the Agenda had been duly posted in accordance with The
Brown Act.

SCHEDULED MATTERS
Chairman Richards called to order the Budget Workshop to be held jointly with the City
Council and the Redevelopment Agency
Having no further discussion, the budget workshop recessed to Monday, June 16, 1997 at
6 00 p.m.
