LYNWOOD INFORMATION, INC., JANUARY 19, 1999
The Information, Inc. of the City of Lynwood met in a Regular Session in the City Hall,
11330 Bullis Road, on the above date at 7 p.m.
Chairman Sanchez presiding.
Director Byrd, Reyes, Richards, and Sanchez answered the roll call.
Also present were Interim City Manager Davis, City Attorney Thever, City Clerk
Hooper, and City Treasurer Pygatt.
It was moved by Director Reyes, seconded by Director Byrd and carried to excuse
Director Rea.
City Clerk Hooper announced the Agenda had been duly posted in accordance with The
Brown Act.

SCHEDULED MATTERS
It was moved by Director Richards, seconded by Director Byrd and carried to approve the
following minutes:
a) Regular Meeting, January 5, 1999
b) Special Meeting, January 11, 1999
with a name correction from Director Reyes.
Chairman Sanchez introduced the next item, Information Technology and the Internet.
Interim Project Manager Valtierra introduced Keith Kurtz of the City of Santa Monica
who made a 30 minute presentation on the Santa Monica "PEN' Program and displayed
his cities Internet connections and city services available over the Net.
It was moved by General Consent to-

Having no further discussion, it was moved by Director Richards, seconded by Director
Byrd and carried to adjourn at 8.24 p.m.
