RESOLUTION NO. 2022-07-02
A RESOLUTION AWARDING 2022 PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE BIDS
WHEREAS, the Town of Fraser budgets for street repairs through the Capital
Asset Fund; and
WHEREAS, the 2022 Capital Asset Fund funded account 32-40-810 for existing
street capital projects at $500,000: and
WHEREAS, Town staff recently conducted a request for bid process that
determined Elite Surface Infrastructure as the lowest and best bid of $555,995.45 for a
combined project total that also includes work to be done in Winter Park, Colorado.
WHEREAS, the Town of Fraser's portion is established at $394,442.70.

TRUSTEES THIS 7th DAY OF JULY 2022.
