LYNWOOD INFORMATION, INC., MARCH 2,1999
The Information, Inc., of the City of Lynwood met in a Regular Session in the City Hall,
11330 Bullis Road, on the above date at 6.38 p.m.
Chairman Sanchez presiding.
Director Byrd, Rea, Reyes, Richards and Sanchez answered the roll call.
Also present were Interim City Manager Davis, City Attorney Thever, City Clerk Hooper
and City Treasurer Pygatt.
City Clerk Hooper announced the Agenda had been duly posted in accordance with The
Brown Act.
PUBLIC ORAL COMMUNICATIONS - AGENDA ITEMS ONLY
Patricia Carr discussed the length of the Information Inc. meetings. P. Carr
Director Richards emphasized that the meeting represents the time during which action is Richards
taken, and the body makes decisions. However, there is no time limit that the time
Information, Inc., spends on research, and discussions.
PUBLIC ORALS
City Treasurer Pygatt questioned the Treasurers Quarterly Report. Pygatt
ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION
It was moved by Director Richards, seconded by Director Byrd and carried to approve the
following minutes:
a) Regular Meeting, February 16, 1999
Having no further discussion, it was moved by Director Richards, seconded by Director
Byrd and carried to adjourn at 6 45 p.m.
