LYNWOOD INFORMATION INC., JUNE 15, 1999
The Information Inc., of the City of Lynwood met in a Regular Session in the City Hall,
11330 Bullis Road, on the above date at 6.56 p.m.
Chairman Sanchez presiding.
Director Byrd, Rea, Reyes, Richards, Sanchez answered roll call.
Also present were Interim City Manager Davis, City Attorney Thever, Secretary Hooper
and Treasurer Pygatt.
Secretary Hooper announced the Agenda had been duly posted in accordance with The
Brown Act.

SCHEDULED MATTERS
It was moved by Director Richards, seconded by Director Byrd and carried to approve the
following minutes:
a) Regular Meeting, June 1, 1999
Item # 5 City of Ljwwood website, wwu lymrood. cu. its
Director Reyes stated the Directors of Lynwood Information Inc., are not policy makers
and this item should be recommended to the City Council for adoption. Director
Richards explained that Lynwoods website and its connection to Lynwood Information
Inc. After discussion
It was moved by Director Richards, seconded by Director Byrd to direct staff to seek
proposals to upgrade the City of Lynwoods website and report back to the Board on its
findings.

Having no further discussion, it was moved by Director Richards, seconded by Director
