The Information Inc., of the City of Lywnood met in a Special Session in City Hall,
11330 Bullis Road, on the above date at 1007 a.m.
Chairman Sanchez presiding.
Directors Byrd, Reyes, Richards, Sanchez answered roll call.
Director Rea was absent.
Also present were Interim City Manager Davis, City Attorney Thever, Secretary Hooper,
Treasurer Pygatt.
Secretary Hooper announced the Agenda had been duly posted in accordance with The
Brown Act.
ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION
Item # S *Update on Internet Taxation.
Interim City Manager Davis stated the only update is the moratorium. Mr Davis also
asked if Council had any recommendations.
Hearing no response, it was moved by Director Richards, seconded by Director Byrd and
carried to.
RECEIVE AND FILE
Director Richards mentioned AT &T purchased MediaOne. Inquired if there is a need to
negotiate the contract.
Interim City Manger Davis will be reviewing terms, rates, etc. and report back.
Having no further discussion, it was moved by Director Byrd, seconded by Director
Richards and carried to adjourn at 10 a.m.
