ANNOUNCEMENT:
Due to McCall’s commitment to stay healthy in response to the COVID-19 Emergency and ensuring
that the City’s Business continues, this will be both an in person and teleconference meeting. The Legion
Hall’s6-foot social distancing Occupancy Capacity is 11.The Council Members, Commissioners,and
staff who are anticipated to be in attendance is 3. The first 8persons who appear will be allowed to be
present in the meeting location.Masks will be required, and social distancing will beenforced.All
other persons may be in attendance virtually via MS Teams. Any member of the public can join and

1.Idaho Department of Lands-update on current/proposed management practices (up to 30
mins)
2.Apresentation by Payette Endowment Lands Alliance(up to 30 mins)
3.An overview of the adopted Comprehensive Plan policies/development regulations already in
place(15 mins)
4.Presentationon the water quality and recreation impacts (15 mins)
5.Discussion and Direction to staff to finalize a letter commenting on the City Council and Valley
County Board of Commissioners joint recommendations to the Idaho Department of Lands
Boardas they move forward withtheir new management plan for the local State Endowment
Lands(30 mins)
