RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL OPEN SPACE DISTRICT
ESTABLISHING FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT SIGNATORIES
OF THE DISTRICT FOR SANTA CLARA COUNTY
ACCOUNTS
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space
District has passed Resolution 93-13, dated April 28, 1993, authorizing signatories to make
disbursements on behalf of the District.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional Open
Space District does resolve as follows:
Section 1. The signatures of the present holders of said offices are as follows, and the
Director of Finance of Santa Clara County is authorized to make disbursements on behalf of
the District based on any one signature for amounts under $5,000 and any two signatures for
amounts $5,000 and over, as set forth below:

Space District on April 9 19 97 at a regular meeting thereof, by

J. Edmond Cyr, Jr., Kenneth Nitz, and David Smernoff
