Stein, Airport Manager Others available in person: Karyn Janiak (Sawtooth), Rick Rezabeck and Russ Stromberg (Hangar Owners), Laura Nichols (McCall Aviation) Others available electronically: Melvin Wagoner, John Blakley(McCall Aviation—President and Chief) Mike Weiss the meeting to order at 12:05 p.m. Public comment: None Approval of Minutes from August 6,2020:The August 6,2020 regular meeting minutes were presented for review and approval. Member Jones moved to accept the minutes; Member Fereday seconded the motion. All voted aye and the motion passed. Approval of Additional Leased Area to Sawtooth Flying Services, Inc.: Staff provided Sawtooth's proposal as an Action Item. Ms. Janiak provided additional information. Mr. Wagoner and-Blakley'were opposed to an additional self-fueling tank due to safety and competitive ` concerns. They also questioned Staff concerning the ability of any tenant, leasing %z acre on the airport, would be permitted to offer self-service fueling. They recommended that. Staff revisit the Airport Minimum Standards. The Committee was in favor of the Sawtooth proposal and made a motion that requested Staff to continue negotiations with Sawtooth, and to take the proposed lease to City Council for consideration. . Member Jones moved to accept the minutes; Member Fereday seconded the motion: All voted aye and the motion passed. AIP 27—Taxiway Construction: Staff provided a rundown on the project's status. Staff provided drawings of suggested taxiway routes for this construction phase. Copies were provided to the pilot community through the Airport Newsletter. Additional copies and large display maps were provided to McCall Aviation. AIP 28—Airport Master Plan The AMP project continues. The consultant has set up a website to provide project information. The URL for the website is www.mylmasteKplan.com. The study has shown that McCall Municipal has 100 based aircraft-up from 79 aircraft from two years ago.
