ORDINANCE NO. 62-1980
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING DES FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF
THE M01OR VEHICLE HIGHWAY FUND OF THE CITY OF RIaMND, INDIANA, FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1981 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1981, INCLUSIVE, AND FIXING
THE TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAB EFFECT.
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the Cori Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that thereby and there is hereby appropriated the sum of $1,134,558. to the Motor
Vehicle Highway Fund of said City, and that the same shall be set apart and budgeted
for the various items and expenditures as follows:

SECTION 2. That all said expenditures as provided for in Section 1, shall be
made and performed between January 1, 1981 and December 31, 1981, inclusive.
SECTION 3. That said monies as appropriated and budgeted are restricted solely
to and for the use of construction, reconstruction and maintenance of the streets
and alleys of the City of Richmond, Indiana, pursuant to Chapter 278, Acts of
1959, passed by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage by the Common Council, the signature of the President affixed and the
approval of the Mayor of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
