ORDINANCE NO.343
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MEDINA ZONING
MAP REGARDING PROPERTY TO BE ZONED URBAN
COMMERCIAL DISTRICT IN TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 23
The city council of the city of Medina ordains as follows:
Section I. The property described by Hennepin County Property Identification Numbers
in Exhibit A and shown on the map in Exhibit B attached hereto are hereby rezoned to urban
commercial zoning district and the Medina zoning administrator is hereby authorized and
directed to cause the city's zoning map to be changed to reflect the new zoning.
Section II. This ordinance shall be effective upon its adoption and publication.
Adopted by the city council of the City of Medina on the 19`h day of June, 2001.
