An emergency meeting of the Lynwood LocaP Development"
was held on Thursday, March 26, 1987, at & :15 p.m. Due to the
timing of this meeting, it was not possible to provide you
with sufficient advance notice; however the meeting agenda is
enclosed for your information.
As you may be aware, the LLDC is about to make its first BDAP
loan to Emmett Bradley, owner of Celestial Studios, a commercial
photography business. This emergency meeting was called in
order to clarify a few last minute details prior to funding the
loan, which is expected to occur on Friday, March 27, 1987.
Minutes of this meeting will be forwarded to you as soon as they
are prepared.
