CITY PROSECUTING AGREEMENT
1bis Assignment and Assumption of City Prosecuting Agreement ("Assignment") is
made and entered into effective May 1, 2016, by and between KIIHA LAW OFFICE, PLLC
("Assignor"), and WHITE PETERSON GIGRA Y & NICHOLS, P.A., an Idaho professional
association ("Assignee").
Recitals
WHEREAS, in December, 2015 , the City of McCall employed Kiiha Law Office, PLLC
as its City Prosecutor; and
WHEREAS , the terms and conditions of such employment was reduced to a City
Prosecuting Agreement ("Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, Jay J. Kiiha, the principal of Kiiha Law Office, PLLC, has joined White
Peterson Gigray & Nichols, P .A . as a shareholder; and
WHEREAS , Assignor desires to assign the City Prosecutor's interest in the Agreement to
Assignee.
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency
whereof is hereby acknowledged, Assignor does hereby assign and Assignee does hereby assume
the interest of the City Prosecutor in the Agreement together with all attendant obligations
thereunder, and Assignor and Assignee do agree that Jay Kiiha will remain the attorney primarily
responsible for rendering services under the Agreement.
