EFFECT. SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the Cam)n Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, Wayne County, that for the purpose of having finds to defray the expenses of the Redevelopment District Bond lst Issue of the City of Richmond, Indiana, for the fiscal year commending January 1, 1981 and ending December 31, 1981, inclusive, that thereby and there is hereby appropriated and set apart out of funds therein named and for the purpose herein specified, subject to all laws governing the same, the amount hereinafter named. Such sums herein appropriated shall be held to include all expenditures, authorized to be made during the period herein specified unless otherwise expressly stipulated and provided by law. SECTION 2. That for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1981, and ending December 31, 1981, inclusive, that is hereby appropriated out of the Redevelopment Sinking Fund the sum of: $106 ,1,50 SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana., signature of the President of Commas Council affixed, submission to and approval by the Mayor of the City of Richmond, Indiana, publication as required by law and approval of all Statutory Boards as required by the laws of the State of Indiana.
