SECTION 1. BE IT ORDA= by the Commas Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that for the purpose of having funds to defray the operating expenses of the Public
Transit Fund of the City of Richmond, Indiana, for the fiscal year commencing
January 1, 1981 and ending December 31, 1981, inclusive, that there be and there is
hereby appropriated and set apart out of the funds herein named and for the purpose
herein specified subject to all laws governing the same, the atmumts herein named.
Such sums herein appropriated shall be held to include all expenditures authorized
to be made during the period herein specified, unless otherwise stipulated and
provided by law.
SECTION 2. That for the said fiscal year, there is hereby appropriated out of the
Public Transit Fund of the said City the following:
