AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE THE 1981 BUDGET OF THE SURPLUS BAR= LAW FUND.
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the Comm Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.,
that there be, and there is hereby appropriated out of the Barrett Law Department,
for the year 1981 as follows:

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
