AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER WITHIN THE PARK & RECREATION FUND.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to transfer money within
the fund appropriated in the annual budget;
N0W Z ff=RE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, WAYNE
COUNTY, INDIANA:
SECTION 1. That for the expenses of said municipal corporation the following
additional sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the
several appropriations, herein named and for the purposes herein specified, subject
to the laws governing the same:

passage and approval by the Mayor and is subject to the laws of the State of
