MINUTES OF THE NOVEMBER 8, 1993 MEETING
The regular meeting of the Community Access Advisory Board of the City of
Lynwood was held November 8, 1993 at the City of Lynwood Cable Studio (The
Agenda was duly posted as prescribed by the Brown Act.)
Chairperson Ann A. Fields called the meeting to order at 5.30 P M. Members in
attendance were Ann A. Fields, Bill Cunningham, Bill Lewis, Jr., Ada McZeal,
and Ethel Pacheco
Staff present were Andrea Hooper, Johonna Jacobs - Howard, Ron Roberson and
Aviva Seabrook.
Board Member McZeal motioned to approve the minutes of the October 11, 1993,
meeting as received. Board Member Pacheco seconded the motion.
I. INFORMATIONAL ITEMS
A. CAAB Group Photo
Ron Roberson took the group photo of the Community Access
Advisory Board.
II. SCHEDULED MATTERS
A. PREVIEW OF LYNWOOD SHOWCASE #52
The viewing of Lynwood Showcase #52 included the following
program segments:
1 Opening of the I -105 Freeway Celebration
2. LHS Band at the L.A. County Pomona Fair Band
Competition
3 Lynwood Chamber of Commerce Chili Cook -Off
4 A+ Zips Communications
5 Grand Opening of the Lynwood Activity Center
6. Athlete of the Month - Carlos Escobar, LHS Football

III. BOARD MEMBER ORALS
• Board Member Pacheco suggested that health and safety tips be included
within the Lynwood Showcase Program.
Board Member Lewis made suggestions about editing Lynwood Showcase.
• Ms. Howard commended Art and the LHS interns on their video shoots for
Lynwood Showcase.
