At that time, a Bilingual 13" TVNCR and tape recorder was not in the inventory We believe that these items were in the possession of Don Morris, prior to his untimely death. Lynwood's City Manager, Faustin Gonzales, contacted Detective Durazo of the Los Angeles County Homicide Department to find out if the items in question were apart of the Baxter/Morris investigation. In a timely manner, we were notified that the tape recorder was seized through a search warrant. Also, Detective Durazo has no knowledge of the whereabouts of the TVNCR. The tape recorder will be released to the City of Lynwood when the presiding judge of the case releases it or when the trial is over P 0 0 !
