ADJOURNMENT - TO NEXT REGULAR MEETING ON JUNE 14, 1993 COMMUNITY ACCESS P4&SORY BOARD —MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF APRIL 12, 1993 The regular meeting of the Community Access Advisory Board of the City of Lynwood was held April 12, 1993 in the City Hall Conference Room. (The Agenda was duly posted as prescribed by the Brown Act.) Chairperson Ann A. Fields called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m. Members in attendance were Bill Cunningham, Ann A. Fields, and Ada McZeal. Commissioner Olympia Dudenhoeffer, and Ethel Pacheco were excused from the meeting. Staff present were Johonna Jacobs - Howard, and Silvia Lars. A MOMENT OF SILENCE WAS REQUESTED IN MEMORY OF DONALD MORRIS The minutes of the February 8, 1993, meeting were approved as received. I. OLD BUSINESS A. OUTCOME OF CABLE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM RECEPTION Commissioners mentioned that the Cable Internship Program Reception was great. Ms. McZeal suggested to have a Cable Intern Reception once a year for all Cable Interns and to contact School District to see if they can help with the cost. Motion made by Ms. McZeal second by Fields and Cunningham. II. PUBLIC ORALS - Ms. Howard announced that showcase viewing was not quite ready. Commissioners will be contacted next week to set date and time for viewing. - Mr. Cunningham inquired in regards to the update of the Inventory list of the cable equipment. Ms. Howard replied that the inventory list of the cable equipment will be included in next month's agenda for the commissioners review. Mr. Cunnningham requested permission to be excused for next meeting. There being no further business, the Community Access Advisory Board meeting was adjourned at 6:25 p.m.
