Re: Inter Youth Soccer Club.

of Parks and Recreation.
Dear Sirs:
Inter Youth Soccer Club is a group of approximately 50 kids
ages 6 to 12 of which about 70% are residents of Lynwood.
The purpose of the club is to provide children with a safe
and fun activity thru the game of soccer and at the same
time keep themlof the streets and drugs.
During the daylight savings period we run into the problem
of not having a park space with lights that we can use for
practices.
This year we have made arrangements to pay for the use of
lights at the cost of $24.50 per hour at Lynwood Park.
We normally practice 2 days per week, 2 hours per day.
Since we are Non Profit it is very hard to support this
expense and we are limited to practice only one day a week.
We need your help. We would like you to consider that since
we work for children and we have no money, perhaps you could
have the light fees waved or at least reduced so that we can
afford to keep children active.
We all thank you for-your help.
Sincerely:
// It'llte4rh

To Whom It May Concerne:
I am writing to ask for your help on aquiring Bateman Hall.
Our Alchoholics Anonimous group is selebrating an anniver-
sary and would like to reserve the hall for February 6 -1994.
Our group will have a small dance, meeting and banquet.
We want the community to know about our group= arid=at =the
same time we want the community to know what Alchoholics
Anonimous is all about and the kind of help we can give
to those who are in need of it.
Alchoholics Anonimous is a non profit organisation, there-
for the door will be open to the public from 2:00 p.m. to
10:00 P.M.
The group will furnish one security gard (time donated by
him). Fliers will be sent out to various groups around the
naiboring communities.
Your help will be greatly apreciated.
If you have any questions or comments, please don't hesitate
to contact me. I would like to thank you in advace for your
time and consideration on this matter.
