ORDINANCE NO. 91
An Ordinance regulating and limit-
ing Class B beer permits in the town
of hVellsburg.
Be it ordained by the Town Coun-
cil of the Town of Wellsburg, that:
Section 1—\Tumber of Permits.
The number of Class B permits is
hereby limited to one Class B permit
for each five hundred population or
fractional part thereof up to 2,500, pro-
vided that at least two permits sfiall be
allowed irrespective of the population
Section 2. All ordinances or parts
of ordinances in conflict with this or-
dinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be
yin force and effect from and after its
passage and publication as provided by
law.
Passed and adopted this 3rd day of
August, 1936
