A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DETERMINING
THE EXISTENCE OF A PUBLIC NUISANCE AND
RECOMMENDING ABATEMENT THEREOF,'
THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, on April 23, 1985,
held a duly noticed public hearing to ascertain whether certain premises
constitute a public nuisance; and
WHEREAS, upon hearing and consideri ng all relevant evidence and
testimony, said Commission found and determined that such nuisance
exists and should be abated;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Planning Commission hereby determines that a
public nuisance, as defined in the Municipal, Code of the City of Temple
City, exists on the premises designated as 5562 Welland Avenue,
City of Temple City, California, and more ticul r1y described as
Tract 29825, MB 807, pp. 42 of maps in the M ice of the County Recorder,
County of Los Angeles, State of California
in the following particulars:
Section 4230(h): Overgrown vegetation (1) likely to harbor rats, vermin and
other nuisances, or (2) causing detriment to neighboring property or
property values..
Section 4230(t): Maintenance of property so out of harmony or conformity with
'the maintenance standards of adjacent properties as to cause substantial
diminution of the enjoyment, use or property values of such adjacent properties.
and said nuisance should be abated in the following manner:
(1) Removal of overgrown vegetation and overhieght hedges.
(2) Removal of miscellaneous debris from all yard areas.
That the Secretary of the Planning Commission be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to file .a copy of this Resolution, with find-
ings and recommendations attached, to be served on the owners of said
premises pursuant to the Municipal Code of the City.
That the 'Secretary shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 23 day of April, 1985. ,
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by
the Planning Commission of the City of Temple City at a regular meeting
held on the 23rd day of April, 1985 , by the following vote of the
Planning Commission:
