January 28, 2017 after 6:00 pm the Richmond Meltdown Winter Ice Festival is requesting to set off
fireworks on the North Service Drive south of the covered pavilion. The paperwork for this request
has been approved by the Richmond Fire Department.

This contract is an agreement between the City and the Richmond Sanitary District to share the
expense of a Health and Safety Officer
CONTRACT NO. 6-2017 INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT FOP ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE
SERVICES
This contract is an agreement between the Richmond Sanitary District and the City to pay for
accounting and financial services. An Accounting Clerk Is salary and benefits are paid for them to
be on site at the Richmond Sanitary District.
CONTRACT NO. 9-2017 STERICYCLE, INC
They provide annual Biohazard Waste Pick-up for the Richmond Fire Department in the amount of
$68.20 box charge, $20.00 energy fee per stop. There are two pickup locations: Stations #1 & #3
for a total of $176.40 with the service to be provided every eight weeks
