CLOSED SESSION MINUTES
HILLSBOROUGH TOWN BOARD
July 13, 1998
Town Barn
The Hillsborough Town Board met in Closed Session on July 13,1998 in the Town Barn
for the purpose of discussing property acquisition. Present for the Closed Session were Mayor
Horace H. Johnson, Sr., Commissioners Richard Simpson, Catherine Martin, Frances Dancy, and
Evelyn Lloyd. Staff Present were Town Manager Eric Peterson, Town Engineer Tom Hartye,
and Town Attorney Nick Herman.
The Board discussed property acquisition with the Town Attorney.
Upon a Motion by Commissioner Simpson, seconded by Commissioner Lloyd, the Board
moved to return to Open Session by a vote of 4-0. The motion was declared passed.
