The streets that need to be blocked are as follows: Block Hub Etchison southbound only at the beginning of the race then control traffic on Hub Etchison, both southbound and northbound. Control of traffic at the corner of Abington Pike and Test Road. Students plan to make signs to warn traffic about runners and there will be students and adults throughout the entire course. The Memorandum of Understanding spells out the commitment of both parties and to allow Assistant Chief Brown to sign Attachment B of the contract on behalf of the Richmond Fire Department.
