Per CCD 001, provide an additional isolation valve for exterior drinking fountain winterization in the plumbing chase.
The original Contract Sum was $ 2,095,670.00
The net change by previously authorized Change Orders $ 43,172.26
The Contract Stun prior to this Change Order was $ 2,138,842.26
The Contract Stun will be increased by this Change Order in the amount of $ 686.00
The new Contract Stun including this Change Order will be $ 2,139,528.26
The Contract Time will be increased by Zero (0) days.
The date of Substantial Completion as of the date of this Change Order therefore is unchanged.
