ORDNANCE NO. 2314-1968
ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $2009000.00 FROK THE CUUJLATIVE RIND FOR STORK SEWERS
of THE CONSTRUCTION OF SURFACE WATER DRAINAGE 1963-64 PROGRAUA, SECTION A BERRY
FIELD AREA STORK SEWER, (as revised December 5, 1967).
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary emergencies have developed since the adoption of the
existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to appropriate noore money for the
various functions of the city government than was appropriated in the annual reports
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COhrW1ON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHNOND, INDIANAs
SECTION 1. That for the expenses of the city government and its institutions for the
year ending December 31, 19689 the following amount of money is hereby appropriated
and set apart out of the fund named and for the purpose specified. Said sum being
subject to all laws governing the same. Such amount appropriated shall be hold to
include all expenditures authorized to be made during the year, unless expressly
stipulated by law.
SECTION 2. That for the said fiscal period, there is hereby appropriated from the
Cumulative Fund for Storm Sewers, the following specified amount to meet the extra-
ordinary emergency hereby declared to exists
Project -Surface Water
Drainage 1963-64 Program,
Section A -Berry Field""
Area Storm Sewers, (as $2009000.00 $200,000.00
revised December 59 1967)
and all expenses
incidental thereto.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
s passage and approval by the Mayor and is subject to the laws of the State of Indiana,
governing emergency appropriations.
