ORDINANCE N0. 2319-1968
AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE THE SUM OF SIX THOUSA14D ($6,000.00) DOLLARS F=4 GENERAL
FUNS'' CASH OPERATING FUND, TO BUREAU OF BUILDINGS BUDGET, ACCOUNT 110. GENERAL G-2a
(1-11-114) SERVIC"a PLiSONAL9 SALARY BUILD110 INS;'ECTOR.
viHEREAS, certain extraordinary emergencies have developed since the adoption of the
existing annual budget so that it is nov necessary to appropriate more money for the
various functions of the City government than was appropriated in the annual, budget.
NOW TH^RETOIE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CO.-r-:0N COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA:
SECTION 1. That for the expenses of the City government and its institutions for year
ending, December 31, 1968, the following amount of money is hereby appropriated and
set apart out of the fund named for the purpose specified. Said sum being subject to
all laws governing the same. Such amount appropriated shall be held to include all
expenditures authorised to be made during the year, unless expressly stipulated by lave
SECTION 2, That for the said fiscal period, there is hereby appropriated from the
General Cash Operating Fund the following specified amount to most the extraordinary
emergency declared to exists

SECTION 3. WEREAS, it has been shown that certain existing appropriations nov have
unobligated balances which will not be used for the purpose which appropriated.
IT IS TIC"IMPORE ORDAINED BY THE CO1.0m COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA that
such unnecessary existing appropriation be nov reduced in the amounts as follows: and
the same be appropriated to the above named items

SECTION 4o An extraordinary emergency exists for the above appropriation.
SECTION 5o This ordinance shall be in full force and eflkeet from and after its passage
and approval by the :byor and is subject to the laws of the State of Indiana governing
emergency appropriations.
