ORDINANCE NO. 2326-1968
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A "SPECIAL USE"
IN R-2 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS
OF ORDINANCE 2325-19 h COMMONLY KNOWN AS
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
RICHMOND, INDIANA APPROVED JUNE 39 196b
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmondl Indiana, as
follows:
SECTION 1. As provided in Article 219 Section 21.01 and Article 48 of
Ordinance 2325 commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Richmond, Indiana the following described real
estate is allowed as a Special Use to wit: 40 Bed Nursing
Home to be located at 2302 Chester Boulevard, Richmond,
Indiana.

Beginning at the southeast corner of
said quarter section, thence west three
hundred (300) feet; thence north one
hundred fifty (150) feet; thence east
three hundred (300) feet to the east
line of said quarter section; thence
south one hundred fifty (150) feet to
the place of beginning.
SECTION 2. As a condition of the aforesaid Special Use and as an addi-
tional restriction on said use, the following requirements
shall hereafter and at all times be met by the owner% lessee
or any other person, firm or corporation using such real
estate.
1. That construction and operation shall meet all provisions
of the Zoning Ordinance.
2. That State Highway Department approval for access cuts be
granted prior to construction.
3. That approval of Health Facilities Council of Indiana
State Board of Helath be obtained prior to construction.
4. That to insure architectural sompatibility with surround-
ing structures, architectural drawings shall be presented
to the Department of City Planning for review upon appli-
cation for Improvement Location Permits.
SECTION 3. The Zoning Administrator of the City of Richmond is hereby
authorized and directed, upon enactment and publication of
this ordinance, to record and approve the issuance of a
permit for the establishment of the use herein allowed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval by the Mayor and publications
as by law required.
