R c'.imond, and the Zone trap jade a part thereof, described and designated as A-R,osidential,
the following described territory in two ruffle ,jurisdictional area, Wayne County, Indiana,

Being pant of t1he Southeast auzrter of Action Twenty (20), Township
Fourteen (14) North, Ranee One (1) West in the City of Richmond,. Mayne
Co►jntya Indiana and being more particularly described as folloWss
Beginning, at a 11o"t in the north line of said quarter seven hundred
fifty-five (755) feet west of the northeast corner of said quarter#
and running thence west, alorr, said north line, eight hundred eighty--
nine and thirty-nine hundredths (869.39) feet; thence south eight
hundred seventy-four and sixty --six hundredths (874.66) feet; #once
north eiryn".y-nine (89) degrees and fifty-nine (59) minutes east eight
