AN OFT%INANCE TO TRANSFER THE SO OF THIRTY DOLLARS ($30.00) FROU CITY COURT M9RAL
F-8 oRAVEL EXPENSE (2-21-213) AND CITY COURT GENERAL F-9 TELEPHONE, SWIMS MOTSAdTUAL
(2-21-214) TO CITY COURT GENERAL F-14 SUBSCRIPTION 8 DUESS CURRENT CHARGES - (5-55)
INIEREAS, certain extraordinary emergencies have developed since the adoption of the
existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money for the
various functions of the City government than was appropriated in.the annual budget.
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON CUML OF THE CITY OP RICM=t INDIANA,
that for the expenses of the City government and its institutions for the year ending
December 31, 19689'the following amount of money is hereby appropriated and set apart
out of the fund named and for the purpose specified. Said sum being subject to all
lams governing the saw. Such Amounts appropriated shall be held to include all
expenditures authorized to be made during the year, unless expressly stipulated by low.
SECTION 2. That for said fiscal period, there is hereby appropriated the following
specified amount to meet.the extraordinary emergency hereby declared to existc
City Court General F-14 Subscriptions 8 Dues $30.00
Current Charges (5-55) (This is a new item)
SBCiIOW 3. WMREAS, it has been shown that certain existing appropriations now have
unobligated balances which will not be used for the purpose which appropriated.
IT IS THERWLAE ORDAINED BY THE RICHMOND COMM C001CIL that such unnecessary existing
appropriations be now reduced in amounts as follows, and the sauna appropriated to the
above named item:
City Court General F-8 Travel Expense (2-21-213) $25.00
City Court General F-9 Telephone, Services Contractual 5.00

S%=ON 4. An extraordinary emergency exists for the above appropriation.
SHMON 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval by the Mayor and is subject to the laws of the State of Indiana governing
emergency appropriations.
ADOPTED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, this � day of
