WHEREAS,.certain extraordinary smsrgenroies have developed since the adoption of the
existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to appropriate wore money for the
various functions of the City Gcovernoent than was appropriated in the annual budget.
SECTION 1. BE IT OWMINED BY THE COSIM COII =L OF THE CITY OF RICNI O, INMANA,
that for the expenses of the City Government and its institutions for the year ending
December 310 19689 the following amount of money is hereby appropriated and set apart
out of the freed named and for the purpose specified. Said no being subject to all
laws governing the same. Such amounts appropriated shall be held to include all
expenditures authorized to be made during the year, unless expressly stipulated by lade.
SBCTI A 2. That for said fiscal period, there to hereby appropriated the following

appropriations be now, reduced in amounts so follows, and the same appropriated to the
above named items
