AN ORDINANCE A14ENDING GRDI1!ANCE NG. 1472-1953, CGi VIONLk KNOWN AS THE ZONING 01"IVINANCc
OF RICHE iND, INDIANA APPROVED APRIL 2l, 1953.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Comon Council of the City of Ric�=nd, Indiana.
SECTION 1. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1472-1953% commonly known as the zoning ordinar--& of
Richmond, and the Zone hap made a part thereof, described and designated[ as R-3t
the following described territory in two mile Jurisdictional area, Wayne County Indian ,
to -wits
A part of Lot 140 in than, part of the City of Richmond laid out by
Jeremiah Coy:, beginning on the north lire v4 the alley, 41 feet,
west of the southeast corriar of &aid lot; thence crest 92.90 feet
to the southwest corner of said lot; 'thence east 32.20 feet to
Minnie F. Collins northwest corner; therice south, parallel wi, t.t,
6th Street 55.70 feet; thence east 14.70 feet:; thence south 27.E
feet to the place of beginning. AJ.3o, a parr of Lot #41 in thct
part of the City of Richmond .laid cut by . oremiah Cox, toundero as
follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of said lot; thencE
north,xsy with the crest line of said Lot i2 feet; thence easterly
at right angles to the west line of said log. 20 feet to the south
line thereof; thence west with seid south 11ne, 26 feet and 4 inches
to the place of beginning, containing 120 square feet.
WHEREAS, it is the purpose and intention hereof to change the use of said property to
C-2.
