HomeMy Public PortalAbout2367-1968 - Zoning 1813 S 9th StCity Plan Commission Case No. 68-14 ORDINANCE NO. 2367-1�-63 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A "SPECIAL USE" IN R-2 DISTRICTS OF ORDINANCE 2325-1968 COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, APPROVED JUNE 3, 1968. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City -of Richmond, Indiana, as follows: SECTION 1. As provided in Article 21, Section 01 and Article 48 of Ordi- nance 2325 commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Richmond, Indiana, the following described real estate is allowed as a Special Use to wit: Nursing Home to be located at 1813 South 9th Street, Richmond, Indiana. A part of the SW quarter of Section nine (9), Township thirteen (13). Range one (1) west, in Wayne County, Indiana, more parti- cularly described as follows: Beginning at a point in the east line of South Ninth Street sixty-three and two tenths (63.2) rods south and thirty-six (36) feet east of the NW corner of the SW quarter of Section nine (9); thence east one hundred fifty (150) feet; thence north one hundred (100) feet parallel with the said east line of South Ninth Street; thence west parallel with the south line of described lot one hundred fifty (150) feet to the east line of South 9th Street; thence south one hundred (100) feet to the place of beginning, con- taining thirty-four hundredths (0.34) acres, more or less. AND ALSO being a part of the SW quarter of Section Nine (9), Township Thirteen (13)9 Range One (1), in Wayne County, State of Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point nine hundred forty-two and eight tenths (942.8) feet south and one hundred eighty-six (186) feet east of the NW corner of the SW quarter of Section nine (9); thence south parallel with the west line of said quarter Section one hundred feet (100); thence east one hundred fifty (150) feet; thence north parallel with the said quarter section, one hundred (100) feet; thence west one hundred fifty (150) feet to the place of beginning, containing thirty-four hundredths (0.34) acres, more or less. SECTION 2. As a condition of the aforesaid Special Use and as an additional restriction on said use, the following requirements shall hereafter and at all times be met by theowner, leases or any other person, firm or corporation using such real estate. (To be made after Plan Commission meeting) SECTION 3. The Zoning Administrator of the City of Richmond is hereby authorized and directed, upon enactment and publication of this Ordinance, to record and approve the issuance of a permit for the establishment of the use herein allowed. SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval by the Mayor and publications as by law required.
