AN ORDINANCE TD ANNEX TO THE CITY OF RIaMIRID, INDIANAt CEF L-AIN TERRITORY CONTIGUOUS

TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE BFFECT.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Comm Coitneil of the City of Ricbm ad, Indiana.
SECTION I. That the following described territory be annexed to and declared to be a
part of said City of Ricbsmond, Indiana.
Being a part of the Northeast Quarter of Section Two (2) , Township
Thirteen (13) North:, Rznge One (1) West, in Ware Township, Wayne
County, Indiana, and being more particularly described as follovis.
Beginning at a point on the present: C;orporati.or Line of the City a 6
Richmond, Indiana, said point being eighty-f kve: and eight tenths (:35., S)
feet east, one thousand four hundred seven and twenty-eight hundredths
(1407.28) feet south zero (0) degrees and fomr €04) minutes went, anal

six (56) minutes east, of the northwest corner of the Piortheast Quarter
of Section Two (2), acd running the -mac, fmak said beginning point, south

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval by the Mayor and publication as by Isar required.
