AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $125,000 FROM THE FIRE STATION
BUILDING FUND TO CONSTRUCT A NEW NO. 1 FIRE STATION.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 38-1968 established a Fire Station Building
Fund to provide funds from a:anies transferred from Cuwa a#ire Build-
ing Fund and Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund (Cigarette Tax), to
provide funds for the following put pose:
To build, construct and erect, equip and
maintain a building for Fire Station No.
In the City of Ri0mnd, Indiana;.
WHEREAS, there is a need for funds to do alT: t"se. things necw;ary to
erect a fire station; and
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary emergencies:h Vo- dey'eloped since the adept
ion of the existing annual budget so that if :Is' no' necessary to appropriate

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY ThE OF THE CITE OF RICHi50IND,
INDIANA:
SECTION 1. That for the expenses of the city''-goverreent and its institutiowl s

SECTION 2. That for the said fiscal period, here is hereby appropriated
from the Fire Station Building Fund for No. 1'Fire Station the following

exist:
