ORDINANCE NO. 2377-1968
AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $162,i731.30 FROM THE CUIVULE.TIVE BUILDING FUND
FOR STORK SEWERS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF STORM SEWERS FOR SURFACE WATF_R
DRAINAGE.
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary esr:ergencies have developed since the adop-
tion of the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to eippro-
priate more money for the various functions of the city government than
was appropriated in the annual bulge•t;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COYAUN COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF RICHPOND,
INDIANAs
SECTION 1. That for the expense of the city government and its inst tations
for the year ending December 31, 19689 the following ar;eunt of money is
hereby appropriated and set apart out of tha fund named and for the purpose
specified. Said sum being subject to all laws 5�cvernlnq the sage. Su h
amount appropriated shall be he16 to include ell expenditures authorixad
to be made during the year, unless expressly st1pulated by 1rw.
SECTION 2. That for the said fiscal period, thtze is hereby appropriated
from the Cumulative Building Fund fox Starsr. Sewors, the following speci-
fied amount to meet the extraordinary emergency hereby dix.,lared to exists

b. South "J" Street Storm Scorer $ 289887.50
c. Design Services, Inspection Services, $ 159000.00
and other contingencies
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full fcrue and affect from and aftor
its passage and approval by the Wyor and is subject to the laws of the
