AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2325-19689 COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY Or RICHMOND, INDIANA, ADOPTED JUNE 3, 1968.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
as follows.
SECTION 1. WHEREAS, the Zoning Map which is a part of Ordinance No.
2325-19689 designates and describes as 0-1 Greenbelt
District, the following described property located
in the City of Richmond, Indiana$ to wit.
1 Lot - Pt. N. E. Section 31-14-1
SECTION 2. WHEREAS, it is the intent and purpose hereof to change the
zoning classification of the above described area
from 0_1toC4.

NOW THEREFORE.
SECTION 5. It is hereby ordained that the Zoning Classification of the
above described property be, and the same is hereby
changed to and that said pro-
perty be regulated in accordance with the Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Richmond, Indiana, and all
amendments thereto.
SECTION 6. This Ordinance shall be in full force and affect from and
after its passage and publication as by law required.
